The promoter at Glen Helen wanted to make the largest jump on the world circuit. To clear the jump the lite’s riders (250cc) had to be in 5^th gear and hit the lip of the jump @ 60MPH and springboard like on a trampoline as hard as they could to make the landing pad. The jump was 125+ feet long and the riders flew 45+ feet above the ground. Myles placed 34^th overall and Dakota placed 20^th overall (out of 40).
